Directions

  1. Cover bottom of large skillet or possibly frying pan with oil. Salt and pepper pork chops and brown over medium heat.
  2. Add in rice to boiling salted water, cook for 8-10 min. Pour rice and water into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish, season with salt and pepper. Add in fresh minced onions (or possibly onion pwdr) and pork chop drippings into baking dish - stir.
  3. Cut butter into thin slices and place proportionately over rice. Put pork chops on top of rice mix. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 min. Serve with your favorite vegetable and beverage.
