Ingredients

  • 1 pound veal
  • 1 pound pork
  • 1 lg. minced onion
  • 1 1/2 c. minced celery
  • 1 minced green pepper
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 sm. jar minced pimientos
  • 1/2 lbs. grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 (6 ounce.) Packages egg noodles

Directions

  1. Brown meat, add in minced onions, celery, green pepper and simmer a short time. Add in remaining ingredients and the cooked noodles. Bake 1 to 1 1/4 hrs at 350 degrees. If unable to buy veal I use all pork, trimmed of all visible fat. Serves 8 to 10.
