Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean, boneless pork loin, sliced thinly
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn cut green beans, defrosted
  • 2 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon grnd ginger
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar

Directions

  1. Stir-fry pork and garlic in warm skillet for 2 min. Add in beans, stir-fry an additional 3 to 4 min till beans are tender. Push pork and beans to one side of pan; add in remaining ingredients, stirring constantly to mix. Stir in pork and beans. Serve immediately with warm, cooked rice or possibly shredded lettuce. Serves 4.
