Ingredients

  • 1 kilo pork belly (liempo), sliced into serving pieces
  • 1/4 kilo pork liver, cut into cubes
  • 2 pcs potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 pcs carrots, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup garbanzos
  • 1/4 cup pickle relish
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 whole head garlic, crushed
  • 2 pcs red onions, chopped
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. white sugar
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese
  • 1/2 cup water
