Ingredients

Directions

  1. Scald lowfat milk, add in fat and sugar. Cold to lukewarm. Add in yeast dissolved in a little hot water. Add in salt and part of flour. Beat till it forms bubbles. Add in rest of flour and knead into soft dough. Let rise.
  2. Shape into rolls, let rise again. Bake partly through, remove from oven and brush with beaten egg diluted with water. Sprinkle with poppy seeds and bake to golden.
