2 c. Sugar
3 c. Water
4 Tbsp. Shortening
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Allspice
1 tsp Cinnamon
4 c. Flour
1 c. Minced nuts

Directions

Here is a cake which my mom used to bake for us. It is Deeeelicious!
Cook for 10 min the raisins, sugar and water. Add in the shortening and let cold. Add in the remaining ingredients. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes.
