Ingredients

  • 1 lb imitation crab meat
  • 1/2 c. minced onions
  • 1/2 c. minced green peppers
  • 1/2 c. minced celery
  • 1 1/2 lb penne pasta cooked
  • 16 ounce lowfat sour cream
  • 1 bot ranch dressing - (16 ounce)
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Cook and cold pasta. Mix lowfat sour cream, dressing and lowfat milk (let sit 2 hrs).
  2. Mix together onions, peppers, celery, crabmeat and pasta. Mix well with dressing. Refrigerateat least 2 hrs.
