Pomegranate daiquiri Recipe

When we were on our honeymoon in Mexico back in April, we drank a lot of cocktails (it was all-inclusive, what were we supposed to do?!). Every day, the hotel chose a different cocktail to feature, and we enjoyed trying something new each time. Some of them were amazing, some… not so good.

One of my favourite cocktails at the hotel was the daiquiri, which they made in a few different flavours. The only problem was that they were super sickly sweet, so I could barely manage one before having to give up.

This pomegranate daiquiri is just as irresistible as the versions we had in Mexico, but it’s much more quaffable. It’s slightly tart, so it’s perfect for those of us who don’t have a particularly sweet tooth.
