Ingredients

  • 1 doz Large eggs
  • 1/4 c. White Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Salt
  • 5 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 can Red Beets (1 Lb.)
  • 1 lrg Onion, sliced
  • 3 c. Water

Directions

  1. Hard boil Large eggs and peel. While Large eggs are still hot, boil together water, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Add in beets, onions, and Large eggs to warm mix.
  2. Chill at least 24 hrs.
