Ingredients

  • 1 lg. can sauerkraut
  • 1/2 whole yellow peas (pkg.)
  • 1 pound fresh spare ribs
  • 2 pound cabbage

Directions

  1. Soak yellow peas overnight. Rinse and squeeze out sauerkraut, then boil for 10 min, rinse and squeeze again. Boil spare ribs and the rinse. Put sauerkraut, peas, spare ribs, cabbage, salt, pepper and sufficient water to cover ingredients. Cook till peas and spare ribs are done.
