5-6 lg. beets
1 onion
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 teaspoon dill weed
1 pt. lowfat sour cream

Directions

1. Bring 1 1/2 qt water to boil.
2. Add in butter.
3. Peel and grate onion and beets.
4. Cook approximately 1/2 hour till beets are cooked.
