  • 1 can Refrigerated pizza dough - (10 ounce)
  • 2 Tbsp. Cornmeal
  • 1 c. Shredded Stella Mozzarella Cheese
  • 4 x Ripe Italian plum tomatoes seeded, sliced
  • 1/2 c. Fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Tabasco pepper sauce
  •     Extra virgin olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Prepare 12-inch round pizza crust according to package directions. Dust crust with cornmeal. Distribute Stella mozzarella cheese proportionately over crust. Layer with tomato slices and basil leaves. Drizzle with Tabasco sauce and extra virgin olive oil. Bake 15 min, or possibly till crust is golden.
  3. This recipe yields 2 to 4 servings.
