Directions

  1. Sift dry ingredients into bowl. Add in rest of the ingredients. Blend well and spoon into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  2. Remove from pan on rack. Pour glaze over bread. 1/4 c. sugar Healthy pinch of soda 2 tbsp. lowfat milk 1/4 teaspoon vanilla 1/4 teaspoon almond
  3. Simmer 3 min, pour warm over bread. I use a pastry brush.
