Ingredients

  • plums, enough to cover the bottom of 2 small baking dishes
  • 3 tbs brown sugar
  • 3 tbs flour
  • 3 tbs rolled oats
  • 3 tbs chilled butter
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • a bit more butter
  • Stone the plums and cut in half (slice if large), arrange in dishes
