Directions

  1. 1. Combine sugar, water, lemon rind, orange juice and cinnamon stick in a saucepan and boil till the mix is a syrupy consistency.
  2. 2. Add in peaches, cover and boil slowly till tender. Remove peaches.
  3. 3. Pierce plums with a fork and boil in the same syrup till tender. Remove plums and simmer till the syrup thickens. Remove lemon rind.
  4. 4. Add in lemon juice to the syrup and pour over the fruit. Serves 4.
