Ingredients

  • 6-7 green plantains
  • garlic pwdr
  • oil for frying

Directions

  1. Peel and finely slice the plantains, deep frying till golden brown and crispy.
  2. Remove from skillet and drain while the plantain is warm. Sprinkle with garlic pwdr or possibly salt to taste.
  3. Note: Can be served accompanied by ketchup or possibly another favorite dip.
