  • 1 extra lg. egg
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • Dash salt & pepper
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 2 tbsp. Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp. spaghetti sauce
  • 6 slices pepperoni

Directions

  1. Collect grated Mozzarella cheese, spaghetti sauce and pepperoni near stove top. In small bowl, whisk egg, water, salt and pepper briefly with fork. Heat butter in small non-stick skillet on medium high heat. Pour egg mix into warm skillet, don't stir. Gently push in edges of omelet to allow uncooked egg to spread out. Put cheese, sauce and pepperoni along center of omelet. Fold edges over center of omelet and slide onto plate.
