Pizza Encasserole Recipe

• 2 pound pork sausage, browned & liquid removed
• 2 1/2 c. minced onion
• 2 c. minced bell pepper
• 1 jar minced pimento
• 2 cans black olives, minced
• 2 lg. cans mushrooms
• 1 pound mostaccioli noodles, cooked & liquid removed
• 2 (16 ounce.) cans stewed tomatoes, minced
• 1 (2 lb.) can Italian pureed tomatoes
• 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
• Salt, pepper & garlic to taste
