Ingredients
- 2 pound pork sausage, browned & liquid removed
- 2 1/2 c. minced onion
- 2 c. minced bell pepper
- 1 jar minced pimento
- 2 cans black olives, minced
- 2 lg. cans mushrooms
- 1 pound mostaccioli noodles, cooked & liquid removed
- 2 (16 ounce.) cans stewed tomatoes, minced
- 1 (2 lb.) can Italian pureed tomatoes
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
- Salt, pepper & garlic to taste
Directions
- Mix together in roaster or possibly large casserole. Bake at 350 degrees till bubbly. May cut in half. Serves approximately 20.
