  • 3 pound grnd chuck
  • 1/2 pound grated sharp cheese (cheddar)
  • 1/2 tbsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. oregano
  • 2 tbsp. parsley
  • 1 quart. Ragu spaghetti sauce

Directions

  1. Brown meat; pour fat off browned meat. In a large bowl mix all ingredients. Spread on a half hamburger bun; bake at 350 degrees for about 10 min till bubbly. Serve immediately.
