  • 2 cups normal flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon yeast
  • 3 teaspoon sugar
  • 30g butter or 50ml olive oil
  • ½ -1 cup water

Directions

  2. 1. Mix flour, sugar, salt and yeast
  3. 2. Add butter or olive oil (mix well)
  4. 3. Add water to form a dough
  5. 4. Knead until smooth
  6. 5. Rest for 5 min
  7. 6. Roll out the dough into 15cm (6”) round or rectangle try
  8. 7. Spread the tomato sauce or tomato paste or tomato purrie on the pizza base
  9. 8. Spread fully depends on your preference for eg. Chicken vegetables, lamb, ham
  10. 9. Finally sprinkle with grated cheese or pizza cheese.
  11. Let rise for 10-15min or until double in size, and bake at 200o – 220o for 20 min
