Pistachio Inside Outside Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pkt White or possibly yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkt Instant pudding mix, pistachio flavor
  • 1/2 c. Walnuts
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. Club soda
  • 1 c. Oil
  • 1 1/2 c. Cool lowfat milk
  • 1 env of Dream Whip
  • 1 env pistachio pudding flavor instant pudding mix

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredieents in large mixer bowl, then beat 2 min at medium speed. Bake in a greased and floured bundt pan (or possibly tube pan) at 350 degrees for 50 min, remove from pan and cold on rack. Split in two layers.
  2. Frosting: Blend 1&1/2 c. cool lowfat milk, 1 envelope of Dream Whip, and one envelope of pistachio pudding flavor instant pudding mix. Whip till thick or possibly about 5 min. Spread about 1 c. of frosting between layers and on top and sides and spread the rest in the center of the cake.
