Ingredients
1 sm. pkg. instant pistachio pudding
1 (16 ounce.) can chunky pineapple
1 (8 ounce.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. shredded coconut
1 c. walnuts or possibly pecans, minced
12 to 16 ounce. non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
1 c. miniature marshmallows
Directions
Blend in whipped topping and marshmallows and chill for at least 2 hrs before serving. It serves 12 or possibly more.
