Ingredients

  • 8 ounce. soft cream cheese
  • 10 ounce. pkg. marshmallows, cut up
  • 8 ounce. pineapple tidbits or possibly crushed
  • 6 ounce. maraschino cherries
  • 2 tbsp. pineapple juice
  • 2 tbsp. cherry juice
  • 8 ounce. whipping cream

Directions

  1. Put marshmallows in large bowl and add in liquid removed pineapple and cut up cherries. In another bowl, add in fruit juice to cream cheese and beat well. Whip the cream and beat in cheese mix. Fold into marshmallows and fruit. A drop of red food coloring is nice.
