  1. Sprinkle brown sugar over margarine. Arrange pineapple slices with cherries in center of slices over brown sugar in pan. Prepare cake mix as directed on box substituting pineapple juice for liquid. Pour batter over pineapple brown sugar mix in pan. Bake 35 to 40 min. Cold cake 5 min in pan before inverting over serving plate. Let stand 1 minute before removing pan. Serve hot with whipped cream.
