Pineapple Upside Down Bundt Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 8 T butter
  • 1 can (15 to 20 oz) pineapple slices
  • small jar whole maraschino cherries
  • 1 box (15.25 oz) moist supreme yellow cake mix
  • plus eggs and oil called for on box
  • Preheat oven to 350º
  • Drain pineapple slices, reserving juice
  • Set pineapple slices aside
