Ingredients

  • 1 box Pistachio pudding
  • 2 c. cool lowfat milk
  • 1 envelope Dream Whip
  • 1 can crushed pineapple

Directions

  1. With electric mixer or possibly egg beater, beat 2 min at slow speed. Let stand 2 min. Blend well in a deep narrow bottom bowl. Beat at high speed of electric mixer about 4 min or possibly till topping thickens and form peaks. Add in pistachio pudding and dream whip. Stir in crushed pineapple. Cold in refigerator.
