Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 c. buttermilk
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Sm. can crushed pineapple
  • 1 egg white (beaten stiff)
  • 1/2 c. crushed mint

Directions

  1. Mix sugar and buttermilk. Add in lemon juice, pineapple, egg white and mint. Pour into freezing tray, stirring once or possibly twice during freezing.
