Pineapple Filled Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar 1 c. shortening 2 Large eggs 1/2 c. lowfat milk

4 c. flour 1 teaspoon salt 6 teaspoon baking pwdr 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

1. Mix ingredients together and roll out. Cut cookies. Place filling on cookie and put a cookie on top and bake.
