  1. To softened cream cheese
  2. add green pepper, onion, red pepper flakes, pineapple, seasoned salt and 1 c. pecans; mix well.
  3. Shape into ball and roll in remaining pecans.
  4. Chill for several hours.
  5. Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.

    Hi Martha, I'm so glad to see this recipe! It reminds me of a cream cheese spread that Kraft used to put out years ago, and I loved it. Your recipe looks like something I would love even more, what with all those flavors and textures going on! Thanks for sharing...I will be making this for our Thanksgiving gathering this weekend.

      Thanksgiving this weekend? What country are you in? Thank you for your comments. I hope to post more of my recipes but I stay so busy with my community volunteer work. Hopefully one night soon I will sit down and add a few. I love all your recipes and the dedication you have.
