  • 8 ounce. can crushed pineapple, in its own juices, undrained
  • 3 1/2 ounce. pkg. instant coconut pudding mix
  • 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. dairy lowfat sour cream

Directions

  1. In food processor bowl with metal blade or possibly blender container, combine all ingredients. Cover; blend 30 seconds. Chill several hrs or possibly overnight to blend flavors. Serve with fresh fruit.
