Ingredients
- 8 ounce. can crushed pineapple, in its own juices, undrained
- 3 1/2 ounce. pkg. instant coconut pudding mix
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
Directions
- In food processor bowl with metal blade or possibly blender container, combine all ingredients. Cover; blend 30 seconds. Chill several hrs or possibly overnight to blend flavors. Serve with fresh fruit.
