Directions

  1. Mix cucumber, green pepper, onion, carrots, and pimiento together. Drain, saving 3 tbsp of juice. Add in juice to gelatin, dissolve over warm water in double boiler. Mix gelatin liquid, mayonnaise, and vegetables together well. Let refrigerate overnight before spreading on sandwiches. Yields: 1 1/4 cups spread.
