Pimento Cheese Spread

As a kid, I never liked the red part of the olive–you know, the pimento. Now, however, as an adult, I can’t seem to get enough of the stuff! This dip really hit the spot for me, and I hope it will for you too! And nothing gets easier then throwing a few things in a food processor..

Pimento Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse about 25 times or until it all comes together, but the cheese is still noticeable.

Serve on crackers or use on a hamburger-mmm, my favorite!
