Pig Picking Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 box Duncan Hines cake mix, (butter)
  • 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 4 lrg Large eggs
  • 1 can Oranges and juice, (11 ounce.)
  • 1 box Cold Whip, (9 ounce.)
  • 1 can (Large) crushed pineapple and juice
  • 1 pkt Instant vanilla pudding, (3 ounce.)

Directions

  1. Mix cake lowfat milk, oil and Large eggs, 1 at a time. Then add in oranges and juice; mix well. Bake in 3 layers at 325 degrees for 30 min.
  2. Topping: Combine Cold Whip and pineapple and juice; mix well. Add in pudding.
  3. Mix all ingredients; frost 3 layers of Pig Picking Cake.
