Ingredients

  • 3 med Tomato, fresh, minced
  • 1/2 c. Green onions, minced
  • 3 x Green chilies, minced
  • 1 x to3 Jalapeno peppers, minced
  • 2 tsp Cilantro, minced
  • 1 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 1 tsp Salt

Directions

  1. In a small glass bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and chill for at least 5 hrs, best overnight.
  2. Serve over fajitas, tacos, or possibly as a salsa dip with tortilla chips.*
