Ingredients
- 2 lbs. frzn hash browns
- 1/2 c. onions, minced
- 1 stick extra-sharp Cracker Barrel cheese, reserving 1/2 c.
- 2 cans cream of potato soup
- 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
- Combine the above in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with reserved cheese. Optional: You can also sprinkle with bread crumbs or possibly Parmesan cheese. Bake for 45 min at 350 degrees.
