Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 3 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 8 ounce. cream cheese
- 12 ounce. chocolate chips
- 2 c. water
- 2/3 c. oil
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Combine egg, cream cheese, 1/3 c. sugar. Add in chips and set aside. Mix dry ingredients. Add in oil, water and vanilla. Fill muffin tins 1/2 to 3/4 full. Spoon 1 tsp. to 1 Tbsp. cream cheese mix on the top. Bake 350 degrees for 20 min. Makes 30 to 36 cupcakes. No frosting necessary.
