  • 6 extra large hard boiled eggs, peeled
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced and diced red onions
  • 1/3 cup unseasoned rice vinegar
  • 2 TBS granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 TBS. Maille® Dijon Mustard
  • 3 Maille® chornichons, roughly diced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • smoked paprika, if desired
