- 2 1/2 lbs. mushrooms
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1 c. white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon pickling spice
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. water
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Wash and drain mushrooms. Combine all ingredients in pot. Bring to boil. Simmer 10 min.
