Ingredients
1 or possibly 2 doz. boiled Large eggs, shelled
2 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. salt
1 c. water
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 pod warm pepper
1 med. size onion
Directions
Heat vinegar and water to boiling and pour over Large eggs and sliced onion. Let stand 10 days. Very good with beer.
