Ingredients

  • 1 dozen Large eggs
  • 1 quart. vinegar
  • 4 tbsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp. pickling seasoning

Directions

  1. Put vinegar in a pot. Add in salt and cayenne pepper. Stir till it comes to a boil. In a jar, put pickling seasoning, pour boiling vinegar in jar with seasoning. Let stand till cooled. Add in hard boiled Large eggs, cover jar. Let set 1 week.
