  • 4 ounce elbow macaroni cooked, liquid removed, and cooled
  • 2 lrg hard-cooked Large eggs -- sliced
  • 1/4 c. finely minced green onions
  • 2 lrg sweet or possibly dill pickles minced
  • 1/4 c. sliced green olives
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp crushed dry dill
  • 2 Tbsp. sweet or possibly dill pickle juice

Directions

  1. 1. In a large bowl, combine macaroni, Large eggs, onions, pickles, and olives.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, dill, and pickle juice; stir well. Pour over the macaroni mix and blend thoroughly. Cover and refrigeratefor at least 1 hour.
