Picante Carrot Salad Recipe
Great side dish to serve, with Meat, Chicken or Fish.

Directions
- Peel the carrots, and cut the ends. Place in pot, and cook approximately 25 minutes, until medium soft. You dont want the carrots to get too soft. Remove from pot, and cool. Slice carrots in medium size slices, and put in bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Season to taste.
