- 1 lb. flat iron steak, sliced thinly
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 large green bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 large red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup sliced onion
- 4 TBS unsalted butter
- 3 TBS all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups reduced fat milk
- 1/4 tsp. powdered mustard
- 6 oz. provolone cheese, shredded (or slices torn into pieces)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella pearls (or shredded mozzarella, if you can't find the pearls)
