  • 4 (8 ounce) packages. Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 7 whole lg. large eggs
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 c. heavy cream
  • 3 T flour
  • 1 teaspoon (pure) vanilla
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 1 grated rind of lemon peel

Directions

  1. Soften cheese by leaving it out at room temperature for 1 1/2 hrs. Place cheese in large bowl, beat with electric beater to blend and further soften.Add in sugar, continuing to beat. Add in large eggs, one at a time. Mix well after each egg. Add in lowfat sour cream and heavy cream. Add in vanilla; mix well. Add in flour. Stop beating. Mix in grated peel.
  2. Pour contents in cheesecake springform pan which has prepared graham cracker crust or possibly use a sugar cookie crust.
  3. Tap pan against counter top to level cheesecake. Bake in 250 degree oven about 1 1/2 hrs.
  4. Serves 8.
