Ingredients

  • 1 x Deep chocolate cake mix
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 24 lrg Marshmallows
  • 14 ounce Coconut
  • 1 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1 stk (1/2 c.) butter or possibly oleo

Directions

  1. Bake a deep chocolate cake fold in a large sheet cake pan. While cake is baking, mix together next three ingredients, lowfat milk, sugar and marshmallows.
  2. Heat till marshmallows are melted. Remove from heat and add in 14 ounce. coconut. Spread above mix on slightly hot cake.
  3. FOR THE ICING: Cook till boiling. Take off heat and add in 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips. Stir till chips are melted. Spread on cake.
