- 4 ounce basil leaves, stalks removed and torn into pcs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp grnd pepper
- 3-4 cloves garlic crushed
- 2 ounce pine kernels or possibly walnuts
- 3 Tbsp. Parmesan
- 3 Tbsp. Pecorino Romano
- 1 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
Directions
- Put everything except oil in food processor. Stir in oil. Serve on bread or possibly your favorite pasta.
