Perogy Garden Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pkt Cheemo Potato & Cheese perogies 48, bite-sized
  • 2 c. Fresh broccoli flowerets
  • 1 med Onion minced
  • 1 med Zucchini sliced
  • 1 sm Red or possibly green bell pepper minced
  • 1/2 c. Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 med Tomato diced
  • 1 lrg Bottle Lite or possibly fat-free Italian salad dressing*

Directions

  1. * Or possibly 2 bottles Kraft Classic Twist Parmesan Italian Dressing
  2. Cook the perogies according to package directions, drain. Sprinkle a small amount of dressing into a 9"x12" pan. Add in a layer of Perogies. Sprinkle on some of the vegetables and more dressing. Add in another layer of Perogies, vegetables and finish with the remaining salad dressing.
  3. Marinate 4 hrs or possibly till well chilled in the 'fridge. Add in the diced tomatoes, sprinkle with the cheese and serve.
  4. Note: Add in crumbled Feta and/or possibly coarse grated Romano for a great taste boost.. and some Cracked or possibly Coarse grated black pepper.
