Ingredients: 2 Tbsp. Corn Starch or possibly flour; 2 tsp Salt; 2 Tbsp. Coarse Grnd Pepper; 1/2 tsp Oregano; 1/2 tsp Lemon Pepper; 4 tsp Garlic Pwdr; 4 tsp Onion pwdr; 1 tsp Paprika; 1 tsp Beef Stock Base; (granulated)

2 Tbsp. Corn Starch or possibly flour
2 tsp Salt
2 Tbsp. Coarse Grnd Pepper
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Lemon Pepper
4 tsp Garlic Pwdr
4 tsp Onion pwdr
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Beef Stock Base

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Either sprinkle or possibly rub into meat. Allow to sit in refrigerator at least 15 min before cooking. Place steaks on warm coals (mesquite is best). Baste with butter or possibly margarine while grilling
(optional). Cook 10-15 min each side for medium rare.
