Perfect Pair: Summer Cucumbers and Capture Sauvignon Blanc Recipe

Tuesdays are all about pairing food and wine. Sauvignon Blanc has herbaceous notes so pairs well with green herbs, like dill. The name Sauvignon Blanc means "wild white." I absolutely love it for The Dish:  Summer The 2 English cucumbers, thinly 1 shallot, thinly 1 cup seasoned rice vinegar (available at Asian markets.  I use Marukan orange 1/3 cup 2 tablespoons fresh dill, Toss cucumbers with shallot slices.  Pour vinegar and water over cucumbers and shallots.
