Directions

  1. Saute/fry in 2 Tbsp. oil, 1 green pepper, 1 medium onion and 4 ounce. fresh sliced mushrooms. Sprinkle this with dash of vinegar, salt and pepper.
  2. On greased jelly roll pan spread out dough. Mix egg, and Italian seasoning, spread one half on dough. Add in onion mix, pepperoni and cheese. Roll dough, form in circle and glaze with remaining egg mix. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 min. Serve hot with pizza or possibly spaghetti sauce.
